As an adjunct to our practice of law, we also serve as arbitrators and mediators to assist parties to reach out of court settlements.  We are a strong believer in alternative dispute resolution. We serve as arbitrators under the American Arbitration Association and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution. Due to the construction and commercial law experience and scientific or engineering backgrounds of all of our attorneys, we are uniquely qualified to assist parties in arbitration and mediation. Mr. Stephen Bull and Mr. Mario Romero are both certified by the Florida Bar as Circuit Court Mediators. Mr. Bull is also certified by the Fifth District Court of Appeals as an Appellate Mediator.
